It goes like this: Imagine you and your team get called into your boss’ office in a few months because the project you’ve been working on has become a total disaster (for a more extreme version: imagine you are all getting fired). What could have gone wrong? It’s a fun twist on the classic pro/cons list, and works best when choosing between two potential options.
